Liquid roofing is a modern waterproofing solution that creates a seamless, joint-free finish across the roof surface. It’s particularly useful on roofs with awkward shapes, upstands, rooflights, balconies and areas where traditional felt or sheet materials often fail.
As an approved installer of liquid roofing systems, we follow correct preparation and application processes so the system performs as it should. That includes cleaning and preparing the surface, reinforcing weak areas, detailing around edges and outlets, and applying the system to the proper specification.
Liquid roofing can be suitable for both repairs and full overlays in certain situations, although it isn’t the right answer for every roof. Before carrying out any work we’ll inspect the roof, check the condition of the substrate and drainage, and explain what options are realistic.
If you’d like to discuss whether a liquid roofing system is suitable for your roof, we’re happy to take a look and give you honest advice.
